This is the best market ever. The flowers, plants, food, etc., etc. It's also a fun and friendly place to see people you know. The only problem is we have to park so far away so it's hard to bring things back to the car....More
We always love to go to this market. Best time of the year is may- sept. But it is open all year round. Lots of fresh produce and meats from local farmers. Just beware that several vendors just distribute foods from warehouses, offering them in...More
We frequent the Regional Market on weekends to take advantage of low-cost, local produce. Not all the produce is local (I have yet to see a pineapple farm in Syracuse!) - but all you have to do is ASK the vendor. I love to see...More
Buyer beware, I purchased Tomatoes in July that I though were locally grown. I noticed when I got home the tomatoes has a produce sticker that said they were from Canada. If I want vegetable and fruit that are not local I can go to...More
Starting with the one con, parking. This market is very popular and they have lots of parking, but it is still difficult to find a spot. And, people and cars are coming and going from all directions with no one paying attention.
The pros are,...More
A small green market with a beautiful array of fresh fruits, veggies, plants, and home made craft items for sale. Even if you don't buy, A walk through this very easily accessible market will lift your spirit.
I go here when I get a Saturday off. In the summertime it is great to look at and buy local produce, meat and even beer. I went the Saturday before thanksgiving and there was still 3 or 4 building full of venders. They have...More
Fantastic deals on foods! Locally grown, made, cooked and baked. Grab a coffee and peruse the great buys on new and old:needs and wants. Or have breakfast at one of the stands. Mainly food & plant items Thurs. & Sat. But, Sundays are best for...More
Diner, food is OK , but it's dim, dark, dirty, crawling with roaches. Seen them on my shoes. They are written up in the Onondaga Co. Health Dept. reviews - FAIL FAIL FAIL twice a month. Beware. Filthy place.
This market is by farm the best farmers' market I have ever experienced. They have a huge number of vendors offering an incredible variety of items from eggs, fresh vegetables and bread to plants, cookies, and pasta. I always go with a list and come...More

The principal days are Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from early morning (around 7:00 AM) to early afternoon (around 2:00 PM). During the summer season, Saturday morning is far and away the best day to go.

Saturday 7a-2pm is the Farmers Market. Sunday is the Flea Market 7a-2pm. I do think they have the Farmers Market Thursday 7a-2p but not sure. We always go on Saturdays. It gets buy with traffic so go early if possible!
Yes, the market is wheelchair accessible. The buildings all have flat entrances with flat concrete floors. The outside venue is a blacktop surface and very wheelchair friendly. I think you will all have a great time.
