This area is still being done but still has a lot to see. This is a great tribute. I like the pictures with the names on it of the victims of who died. Plus you have a great view of the Manhattan skyline and monument.

There is no admission fee. It is located on a boardwalk that is very close to where the Staten Island Yankees play as well as the Staten Island ferry - The ferry is free too. The only issue is usually parking. Pay the 7.00 and park in the lot. That is it. The ferry terminal just opend a nice restaurant too.
