Have 6 grandkids from 2 to 10. Something for all to be entertained! Kids loved the snakes & animals outside, especially prarie dogs. Older one, the petting zoo & info stops. Had a great day, plus free parking.

The Staten Island Zoo is excellent for a small city zoo. the collection caters to kids and there is a petting zoo in the warm months. the reptile collection is strong.

My kids love the ZOO and we try to visit often. Our little girl really loves every visit there and loves the playground with big fake snake. A really cool attraction right here in our neighborhood.

Although the zoo is small it is a nice day out for the kids, and even the adults. It is a nice place to visit and see the animals.
