Beautiful church, but closed :(

The church is beautiful, especially the unique pulpit and the pipe organ... from what I can see through the windows. The church was unfortunately closed due to construction.

It's a beautiful little church. Nice to stop in and visit, especially when a docent is on duty to give the history and anecdotal stories.

This is not a Disney horror film but a very old Colonial church reflecting Dutch heritage and village life 100 years or more before the Revolution. The small (5 acre) cemetery of the church is contiguous with the 90 acre Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. The church and graveyards are fascinating, best eyed through the awareness of who, what, when and ornamentation... More

While the church wasn't open and there was construction going on, this is still worth a stop when visiting the adjacent Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. But read "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" first to appreciate the fictional significance as well as the historical significance; it's the second oldest church in New York State!

Nice historic cemetery. Worth the walk through if you're in the area. A lot of older stones which are interesting to look at. Church was cool too.

We did the Sleepy Hollow highlights on a self guided tour. Add this to your list and stop in for a stroll. Its a creepy cemetery that adds to the Sleepy Hollow lore.

The history buff in me really enjoyed the venture out to SleepyHallow and stoping to see this landmark. I particularly enjoyed finding the road parallel to the Pocantico River. Unfortunately there is traffic going up and down this road which brakes the tranquility of the surroundings with the peaceful solemn cemetery to one side and the rolling waters of the... More

We visited Sleepy Hollow cemetery and on the way out we went into the church for a quick peak. There was some history there which was cool but not too much To see but if you're in the neighborhood def check it out. It's free and free parking as well on premises..
