We had a picnic here on the nice grounds then went in to the carousel. It is a lovely piece with each animal figure carved to represent an animal found in the Adirondacks. It is a new carousel, less than 20 years old, but beautifully...More

We came across this carousel just as we were leaving town. The man at the register told us a lot about the carving efforts of these animals. We didn’t have time to take a ride but we were definitely glad we stopped. Be sure to...More

We spotted this place as we were driving around looking for the train station (which is closed down unfortunately). It is a cool little carousel and all the animals are individually carved and unique.

The animals on the merry go round are beautiful. My kids enjoyed riding multiple times (we got 20 rides for $25 plus access to their little play area). We loved finding the lady bugs on each animal and seeing all the small details. The play...More

It was a gathering of siblings on a camping trip in the Adirondacks and two of us decided to go into Saranac Lake. What a delight to find the Adirondack Carousel! Happier still when we found out that we weren't too old to ride it!...More
