Great place to have a picnic, games, or walk the park, up the hill is the reservoir and that is much quieter then park, less people great to walk around and relax.

Do a 3/4 mile lap around the reservoir, push ups, dips and step ups on the benches, and stair drills. All up high with beautiful views!!!

This is just a lovely place to visit. It can be crowded on a nice day in summer but there are lots of things to see in the park, so people come and go all day long. There's a nice view from the hill of the city. Areas for a nice picnic & there's also lots of people playing baseball... More

Cobbs hill park is simply a giant reservoir hill just on the East side of Rochester. It provides a great spot to see the city, and has a great oval track around the reservoir to jog or walk around. When I used to live in the City, I spent a few 4th of July evenings here to catch the Rochester... More

I've been visiting Cobbs Hill for many years, starting with taking my first son for walks there in his stroller on a daily basis. Now that we live out of Rochester, we still make a trip there every year just to walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Grab your sneakers and hike up the hill and steps to the reservoir ! Once on top, take a .69 mile lap around the top to see amazing views from all around this site! On a clear day you can see miles away!

This is a beautiful urban park on a hill with a water reservoir in the middle, surrounded by a decorative iron fence, small road, sidewalk and grassy areas. It's used mostly by joggers and those wishing a quiet place for contemplation with a limited view of the distant urban landscape.

This is a million dollar view of good old Rochester, bring a Gallo's sub with you and your fav non-alcohol beverage and enjoy the view, very uplifting and free.
