One of the best in upstate NY. Very clean and friendly. It’s a family oriented place. Great variety of animals and birds. Free parking. There is a lot of refreshment stand either reasonable prices.

No fee for parking. If you plan on going on the weekends, I recommend getting there at opening time or before as the parking lots fill up fast.

I remember there were a lot of indoor facilities. Though we've never been there in Winter, I can imagine it would be a nice trip in the winter to see the indoor displays and animals.
