Went here after Schuyler mansion. For a $1 more younger both. I would suggest Schuyler first but good either way. The docent was very well versed in the can Rensselaer family and Dutch Hudson valledohistory

The museum is nicely situated on the Hudson River, so if you want to walk around or sit and watch the barges go by you can. It is small, but they have some interesting items. They had an exhibit about the West Indies Company's involvement...More
