A nice quiet place to camp away from the crowds at the more highly developed places. Trails from here go to some great places.....Giant Ledge, Wittenburg Mountain, etc.

Nice, somewhat remote location, 20 minutes literally up the creek from Phoenicia. Many good campsites, many along the creek, and some reasonably private. Clean restrooms and showers. Very helpful staff who clearly take pride in their (public!) facility. A great takeoff/landing spot for a 20+...More

The camp sites are too close to each other. I prefer privacy. You literally feel as if you are part of the next sites camping rituals. I will not return.

Awesome campground if you are looking for an intimate setting. Quiet and peaceful. Not too far from waterfall and the blue hole. Visited Bellaire Lake and Woodstock.

First class camping accommodations. Roomy, private campsites with enough space between sites so you can see that there are other people around but not have to listen to their conversations and be part of another groups adventure. Very clean showers and bathrooms, clean campsites, a...More
