Gorgeous beautiful day of the trails here with the new snow. Not too crowded, we were the first to use some trails. Lunch was really tasty, we had the corned beef and the crepes looked good too.

We stayed at Garnet Hill Lodge 2/17 and 2/18 2017. We arrived and were told we would be staying at an alternate building, about 200 feet down the road from the lodge. The cost would be the same, about 420.00 per night since we had 3 children. There would be no view, no fireplace, no phone and no walking to... More

My girlfriend and I found this place by accident last year after a hike. The interior design was beautiful, with that Adirondack look through out. So we decided to check it out for a weekend. Situated right on thirteen lake we could hike and kayak our hearts out for the weekend. Much to our surprise the rooms do not have... More

Love this trail system and the grooming just keeps getting better. There is a nice diversity of terrain, and the bus back up the mountain is a huge plus, especially for teenagers who greatly prefer downhill to uphill. Very family friendly, but also serious about skiing. Had an excellent Intermediate ski lesson with Paul, got great snow shoe advice from... More

Garnet Hill is definitely a treasure! The new owners are doing a fantastic job bringing back the glory of this place that has had quite a storied existence. My family has primarily skied the trail network but the lodge is gorgeous (the fireplaces... the views...) and it is definitely high on the list for a weekend getaway - you can... More

Breakfast, included with room, was traditional eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage to order with optional sweet rolls, fruit, granola, etc. A nice dinner menu with a number of options, not exactly at the highest standards of fine restaurants, but good enough. Service a bit amateurish at times, but friendly and accommodating.

The last few days of XC skiing at Garnet Hill have been wonderful. There is no better XC skiing experience than skiing down miles of wonderfully groomed trails that go through the woods and then being brought back to the ski shop by hopping on the Garnet Hill shuttle bus at the bottom. The finishing touch to a wonderful day... More
