We had a lovely day driving through the park. We were too late in the year to see all the flowers but the scenery was lovely.. A beautiful lagoon with a deserted sandy beach & the rugged Atlantic coast. We saw quite a few ostriches.

The crown jewel in the park is the Langebaan Lagoon which if you are into bird watching is a amazing place to spend several hours in one of the hides.
The jewel of this National Park is Langebaan Lagoon which lies tranquil and beautiful with stunning turquoise water surrounded by low hills. Most activity is around the lagoon. There are houseboats to hire and many people come to picnic or braai along the sandy shores....More

Such an interesting diverse area with the deep blue lagoon and the white dunes this is an must when in the Langebaan vicinity. There is a choice of self catering accomadation within the Park all at reasonable cost through SAN Parks
