This exciting tour outfits you in a hooded raincoat and takes you into a cave and then along a catwalk near the foot of the falls for an up-close, wet and very rewarding view of the thunderous, cascading waters.

If I could go there and just stand by these falls, I would. It was my favorite part, it felt amazing! You stand by the smallest fall but it still feels so powerful! It is seriously the best feeling, nothing like it

Nice attraction that really conveys the power of the falls. Great on a hot summer day. Would be nice to be able to buy tickets in advance.

You will get wet! The views and personal connection to the falls is worth the drenching. Tip: Visit Cave of the Winds first. They give you water sandals and a rain poncho with your ticket purchase (you will need waterproof everything for this experience!). You...More

We’ve visited Niagara Falls before, but never experienced Cave of the Winds. This is a great experience for all ages. The cave entrance and ticket booth is located on Goat Island. It’s a bit of a walk from the Maid of the Mist and falls...More

Yes, the only thing that will not work on multiple days is the trolley.

Did you buy online yet? There is a timed entry, they're spaced 10 minutes apart so you don't have to stand in a line, just have a seat and they'll call out your entry time.

I had a 5 year old with me. She used her poncho but was scared to go near the base of the falls. So she stayed back with other people in the tour while we went ahead. It's safe but the wind and water may scare them
