I called Joel, to book a tour, got his voicemail and didn't leave a message. He called right back, apologized for not running any tours the day we were in town. Then he gave me some great tips on a fab day visit agenda. Thank...More

Thanks. My goal here is to help people have a great experience in Niagara. Hopefully you'll return home and tell others about our region and what it has to offer. If I can play any kind of role in promoting the area it benefits all....More
First time in Buffalo and we wanted an insider who could give us a crash course on all things Buffalo. I saw Joel's online reviews, emailed him, and within hours had a private tour booked complete with a personalized itinerary.

We were picked up at our hotel and did everthing that Joel had promised. If you enjoy history and walking this is the tour for you. He was funny and very informative. Thanks Joel for an awesome 4 hours.!

Thank you. Next time, bring some of that Southern California weather with you!
We did a 4-hour private tour with Joel and his tour company. This was the highlight of our trip. Niagara Falls can be uncomfortably crowded. But Joel knows all the ins and outs and best places and times to explore. A consummate professional, Joel is...More

Thank you. Having wonderful guests such as yourselves makes my job easy. Again, thanks.
We chaperoned a middle school trip to Niagara Falls and the walking tour was the highlight of our day. Everyone had a blast. Our guide, Joel, was exceptional! The customer service was outstanding and it was a fun, educational tour for all.

Thanks for bringing a well behaved and curious group of school children to the Falls.
This was the absolute best way to see and fell Niagara Falls up close. You get to go out in the boat (Maid of the Mist). They will pick you up at your hotel either from Ontario side or US side. This tour does the...More
We did the Fireworks Walking Tour in August 2016. Tour Guide Joel was so friendly and personable and did a great job at giving us the history of the Falls in a really fun and humorous manner! There were 2 younger kids on our tour...More
I paid for my family, including 2 kids 6 and 9 for this tour. It is true that you can easily walk this tour by yourself, you are missing out on the stories that Joel provides. Joel was funny, interactive, and kept my kids throughly...More
So incredibly disappointing. We booked and paid for the tour on line. There was a spot to put where you were staying for the tour pick up prior to your event. We completed all the information. Then called and left a message and never hear...More

Sorry that there was miscommunication. We are a walking tour company and therefore do not provide transportation. We also only operate on the US side, so we'll need to look into whatever caused a customer to believe that we would pick up guests on the...More

Stay on the US side, Canadian side is more expensive. Use Discover Pass sold by state park. Most tour companies that provide 4 hour (+) tours with transportation in a package deal will cost a minimum of $90 pp. I always urge people to consider using guide service when visiting the falls, but when the budget doesn't permit it, use the Discovery Pass.
