Very friendly people/staff and an outstanding Rnager staff to help guide you. Do stop in the Visitor Center to see the topographic map to see the cliffs, it really gives one a better idea of the landscape.

The paths are calming and sweet. Would recommend if in the area. A little pricey and can be strenuous on the feet.

There is so much to do at Mohonk. So many outdoor activities & in such a beautiful setting. Also many indoor activities as well. It really is overwhelming & a must see especially if you are a New York State resident.

You need to be in good shape--fitting into tight crevices, climbing wet rocks. You will leave tired, dirty and sweaty. Not to say it's not fun, but it's hard work

The ride up the mountain isn't great in the summer, so if you don't drive in winter, don't do it.
