Great for walking/running trails and beach exploration. Easy access from main parking area near lighthouse. PDF map online at nysparks.com. Different trails are well marked. Be mindful to check for ticks though after walking through the forested areas!!

This was a great place to go with a young child. Great park for kids with the old school "excavator" playground toys (haven't seen those in years).
