Check to make sure there will be tours the day that you are interested in visiting. You cannot simply walk around without paying for the tour. It's understandable since folks staying at the B&B deserve some privacy and the owners, who also live here, deserve privacy also. This place is amazing. It's not that old, but appears to be from... The castle and host were simply delightful. It was a truely authentic castle set at the top of a mountain overlooking Millbrook vineyards. There is a lot of history there and creative design on the Wings part. Stayed in 2 different rooms and each had its own personality. The Dungeon was my favorite it had so much character and the... If you like off the fairway stuff, you will enjoy visiting Wing Castle. Combine it with a trip to the Millbrook Vineyard around the corner.

We were on our way to visit Innisfree Gardens and decided to visit Wing Castle, which I had heard and read about for years. We were I instantly awestruck by the dreamy architecture and happy to learn that our tour guide was Toni Wing, wife of the creator and constructor of the castle. This place was incredible- easily one of... More

wonderful castle which is a B&B but does daily tours from 12:00-4:30 memorial day to labor day. The family is warm and friendly and happy to give you the history of how the castle was built. Great for artists to visit. The patio has a lovely panoramic view of a large section of the hudson valley, and the Millbrook winery... More

We spent two nights at Wing Castle, June 13-14. We discovered it in a tour bus brochure that had an intriguing tour to a mystery castle. Eighty percent of the building material was recycled. I did an internet search for a castle made of recycled material and Wing Castle was the result. I wanted to take photos and based on... More

Having visited in July of this year, we had arranged to come back for another tour off-season with friends of ours from a camera club. Again Peter's son was an excellent host, guide and gave us full access to the grounds to photograph the outside of the castle and grounds. There weer twelve of us and all had a superb... More

My husband & I just returned from spending a delightful anniversary weekend at Wing's Castle. Toni is an absolute joy and the castle is amazing. Hearing the history & fun anecdotes of the years Peter & Toni spent building the castle really made the place come alive. Our room (the chamber room) was beautiful, very comfortable and very warm. We... More
