My wife and I take at least one trip on the Belle every summer. It's pretty much the same with the same history and highlights of the western part of the Lake. We've always been lucky and had good weather, but I would wait if...More

Beautiful ride in a refurbished old paddle steamer on Chautauqua Lake. There is a lot to see, with wildlife being abundant along the shores of Chautauqua Lake. I love to see the blue heron soar through the sky. They are beautiful! You can't go wrong...More

This review is long overdue as we had a wonderful & fun ride last September. The Chautauqua Belle Steamboat is really cool and we sat upstairs and enjoyed the lovely views and our delicious cocktails.

This family business displays all the love of two generations saving one of the four steamboats in USA. Grandma and grandpa were on the boat to point out more sights. Check beforehand for weather and seasonal changes. They are great at answering your questions. The...More

A fabulous experience- a history tour on the lake. The man that saved the steam boat, his spunky gramma and gorgeous cherry rails along the boat made for a fun filled afternoon. Don't miss a ride on the belle- an American institution. Good beer on...More

I'm sure they told us during the narration but I don't remember. I don't see this information on their web site or Facebook page, but they imply that it started the cruises around 2009. You could email them.
