Not a lot of bell's a whistles but a great camp ground. The big sandy beach is well maintained. I especially love the retro-looking, mid-century recreation pavilion, and the new large play structure. Very nice place to spend the day outdoors.

I was in the area to visit my son at a nearby college. The day was beautiful so we decided to take a walk at Robert Moses State Park. We live on Long Island where there is oddly another park named Robert Moses State Park. We first visited the power station exhibit. It was very crowded as there was a... More

Great spot to tent camp: grassy services, plenty of privacy, clean restrooms. The staff was helpful and the location absolutely beautiful.

We spent a week and several weekends on the campground this summer. Great camping, nice sites, electric.... The fire pits are good and local firewood is nearby for $4 or $5 The shower is clean and the water is warm We camped both in a fifth wheel and a tent No complaints Fantastic boating

Our favorite beach is Barnhardt which is located in Robert Moses State Park! The beach is huge and the sand is super fine and soft... Not rocky like other areas. The beach is immaculate, the views are gorgeous, the water is crystal clear, and the facilities are modern and clean! It is a wonderful place to picnic and BBQ. There... More

We drove around the park and explored the camping area. The park is very neat and clean and sits right on the St. Lawrence Seaway. There was no charge to enter and the Eisenhower Lock is located there.

Beach is large. Good size swimming area. Picnic areas changing rooms. Nice place to relax and soak in the sun. Not too many people either.

It was a great memorable, family trip. The sand was clean, the waves were fun. The changing rooms and bathrooms were not dirty. I plan on going again. I gave one star less only because I am used to expecting the waters of the Greek Isles or the Caribbean. I can't help it. But overall, I am happy to be... More
