OK but need to provied bit mor info

The cars were actually provided by ExecuCar. We found our way to the Level 2 Parking Garage at La Guardia as advised by SuperShuttle when I had called them from the Welcome Area, but the people on Level 2 ( Red Shirts ) said SuperShuttle didn't provide Black Car Service, and sent us down to the taxi area. After a 2nd call to SuperShuttle, they finally got the driver to call us, and he confirmed exactly where he was on the 2nd Level. Pity SuperShuttle weren't a bit clearer about exactly what service they were providing. Once the Driver picked us up he was complaining he had to wait 45 minutes while we were roaming around the terminal trying to find him, then he said our bags were too big, although they were within the " 4 bags" listed by Supershuttle for the SUV he was driving. ( and less than 32 inches too ) For our trip home I was sent a text from Supershuttle saying we would be collected from a different hotel to that I had arranged. I called Supershuttle, and they confirmed the address was correct but Hotel must have changed its name at some stage. Anyway the Driver arrived about 10 mins late, and said he had been given wrong address by Supershuttle, and had managed to get to right place by calling them again. This time we had a Chrysler 300C. Again only 2 bags fitted in the boot, and the 3rd had to ride on front passenger seat. I guess everything worked out OK in the end, but still wasn't overly impressed with Supershuttle's lack of information about what was going on. To their credit, they did answer the phone quickly when I called them, and did work to sort out the problems that occurred. Guess I would recommend them, but would be nice if they provided a bit more info about exactly what sort of vehicle was being used, and exactly where it would be located. ( The info I got originally said "kerbside" at La Guardia which was incredibly vague )

Will never use them again!

We arrived in New York airport and followed the instructions given to us by Super Shuttle. I was on hold for over 40 minutes waiting in the airport. I finally got someone on the phone and she put me on eternal hold. I called back and was put on hold for an additional length of time and finally got someone on the line who only told me that they were an hour out before picking us up. It then changed to 2 hours within the same call! The representative told me they would be "happy to refund my money". That's great after traveling all day- coming to the city for the first time and was told they would be "happy to refund my money". I would have been happy just to have a car waiting there for us like I reserved and paid for months prior. I asked the rep why if I had a paid reservation that I would have to wait two hours for my family and I to be picked up? He said it was left over from the snow storm New York had 3 days prior. Now that was the most idiotic response I have ever received...totally insulted my intelligence! I finally cancelled with them and took a cab which was actually less expensive! We had Super Shuttle picking us up from our hotel on our return flight home. I decided to keep the reservation and if they didn't show up, I had a plan B- take a cab! (terrible that you would even have to worry about a plan B) The positive is on the pick-up from the hotel to the airport, the driver was on time and he was very pleasant. It seems by reading the reviews that if you want to get picked up from the airport by them- don't do it. If you are being picked up from the hotel to the airport you have a better chance. This company is listed in the available transportation options on the LaGuardia airport website. I would stay away! I wish I had only looked at these reviews before booking as then I wouldn't be one of the many victims of crappy service from this company!

Just terrible

When I got off my flight, couldn’t get in contact with anyone for 40 minutes. Directions to welcome center were unclear. Left the airport over an hour after my flight landed.

Lousy service - can not recommend
Oct 2018 • Family
In short - find other means of transportation far JFK.

Trusted the New York Pass recommendation, that was a big mistake!

Information only received while enroute, so if travelling without data subscription, you will have to wait until you are passed immigration to register your arrival!

Long waiting time - waited an hours

In app messaging not working or at least no one responded!

Guarantee of max 10 persons not relevant! 14 with 3 drops offs!

Not a good start to the holiday, but can only get better from here!

Skip-the-line supershuttle from JFK
Sep 2018 • Friends
Booked the skip-the-line shuttle from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan expecting this to be the quickest way to transfer. It was far from that as we had to wait in a chaotic queue along with everyone else until we eventually got out on a bus. Skip-the-line is a very misleading description of the service and I would not recommend you book this as it would have been quicker and cheaper to get in a cab. Our driver didn’t even drop us off at the door of our hotel and we had to struggle with our cases from the end of the street! Don’t book the supershuttle unless you enjoy waiting!

The worst shuttle service EVER!!!!
Jul 2018 • Couples
I will never use supershuttle again!!! Waited at the airport almost 2 hours for the driver. Call the dispatcher who claimed the driver was in traffic. Bs. They gave the driver the job at the time of arrival even tho I booked a month in advance!!!! On the ride to the airport the driver showed up early but in his own personal car instead of the towncar/suv I paid for. Never again!! They run a terrible operation and next time I will go with a more professional company only wish I could give them no stars

Great service
May 2018 • Friends
My friend and I needed a ride to get to LaGuardia after a few days in downtown NY. The clerk at our hotel's front desk suggested a few options with the shuttle being the cheapest. The front desk clerk booked our ride with all the details and gave us a printed copy. The driver was a bit early and we went to pickup other clients. Unfortunately, some clients were late, so this may explain some delays. The driver was very good (ride from Wingate by Wyndham on 35th Street to LaGuardia on the morning of the 30th of May) and we arrived well on time at the airport. I would use this company again.

I arrived at LGA and proceeded to follow the steps to arrange for my collection from the airport to my hotel in Manhattan. I was like pulling teeth. I waited for over an hour- staring blankly at my phone, watching the shuttle go everywhere except my terminal. When he finally arrived- there was no acknowledgment of how very late he was, despite already providing flight details at the time of booking, and then (AND THEN!), if I wasn't late enough already, he decided he needed to stop and get fuel (fuel light legit on) and got into a road raging incident with other drivers AT THE GAS STATION. Never. Ever. Again.

Smooth but cheap
Apr 2018 • Couples
On arrival at JFK, we headed to the Welcome centre who checked us in and called a shuttle for us. We waited for 20mins, and then a group of us were called forward. The driver rushed us to his van. We loaded up and we were on our way. From my seat, I could see that the shuttle was very run down. It had an engine warning light, oil warning and tyre pressure warning. Not only this, but the driver contantly played with his phone. As a British citizen, It is against the law to do this in the U.K, however even the cops seem to do it in USA. Roughly an hour later, we arrived at the hotel. Overall, you pay for a cheap service, and that is what you get. It got me from A to B so I can't complain.
