This was our first trip to Lake George. We were unaware of the size of the lake until we saw it in person. It is spectacular. The leaves were just starting to change which made it even prettier.

Lake George is a sight to behold! Beautiful area and shopping everywhere. A lot of tourists in this area so be prepared. Great photo opportunity so make sure your cameras are charged! Great food great scenery I couldn’t ask for a better time.

This place is busy in the summer, but if you go slightly off season, it's still beautiful but not so busy you can't enjoy yourself!

First visit to this place and already planning to comeback. Long way driving from Long island, but worth it. Little paradise. Only rift is that the locals are not friendly but can't win it all.

Weather was not great, foggy and rain, but this looks very tranquil and enjoyable You can rent a boat kayak or get on Ferry Walk around the Lake or take a hike on those beautiful mountains

I know the Boathouse Restaurant lets you park and eat at the restaurant. Contact the visitor center for actual places to park overnight.
