We have been coming to Catamount since 2010, when my son was 10. He's 16 now and loves our annual trek to climb, walk, zip and maneuver through the aerial courses. Catamount is situated in the beautiful Berkshires on the border of New York & Massachusetts. The courses are based on scale of difficulty similar to skiing (except they added... More

I wanted to give 5 stars because my family of 4 (boys ages 10 & 15) enjoyed ourselves immensely! But I felt there wasn't enough staff watching over the different areas of the park. My teen & I did the black diamond trail, which ziplines you away from the main park, to a very high platform which you then have... More

We were a group of over 15 people, including children of various ages, visit over the labor day weekend. The place was completely disorganized with no help or guidance provided to visitors. We were given a 5 minute instruction on how to get ON and OFF ziplines and off we went. There were no park personnel in sight anywhere when/if... More

I zip lined once in Costa Rica but this place was so much more than just zip lining. We had a large group of about 15+ I think and this place was great for everyone. No matter if you've had any experienced or level. Definitely challenges you. There's a great area to sit and relax and catch your breathe and... More

Before we could buy tickets, the park was closed by the kids running the place because they feared pop-up storms. Weather radar was clear all the way to Albany with only scattered stratus clouds in the area. "Ha hoo" the youthful employees shouted, since it was now party time for them. What a rip for the owners, while many families... More

We wanted a family activity to do before two of my three sons went back to college. And this was the best choice!! We all had a blast and the staff is amazing. Many different challenges, obstacles and zip lines of various difficulties kept everyone busy and interested. Thank you "Bubs" for all the help and assistance and encouragement when... More

This aerial adventure park has excellent zip lining. It was a hot July day and cool and comfortable up in the trees. Kids and grownup can do this together, and everyone is challenged and safe. It's a great family activity!

There are a few things that made this place simply awesome. There is a full range of "paths" from easy, close to the ground to challenging for adults, "way up there" stuff. During our visit, one of our kids was in full-on adventure mode, and the other got "stuck". She sort of froze early on (understandably) and wanted to quit.... More

Brought my 8 yr old grandson and granddaughter for their very first zipline experience and the orientation provided was excellent. My grandson was into it immediately but my granddaughter wasn't convinced. It is pretty much a self-guided course, even from the very first level. I was a little nervous watching my grandson managing the equipment from afar; only one person... More
