First of all, this place is huge! You can spend considerable time, so don't rush this. Even though we're not fans of aviation, motorcycles, cars or boating we found this a very interesting place--so many exhibits, it's hard to take it all in. What really convinced us to stop was the current special exhibit--props from various sci-fi movies and tv... More

So much history to explore and learn about. I spent well over an hour there. There is a play area for the little ones. Well worth the $12 entrance fee. Hanah and Arlene were polite and very helpful.

This is our second visit to this varied Museum. The have displays which are changing all the time. Aviation, automotive, motorcycles and area histories. Well laid out and presented. Restoration shop accessible and separate shop for P40 restoration also open to public. You can spend half the day there, they have a theatre with 60 minute video also.

Toured the Curtiss Museum on an impulse stop. We were pleasantly surprised how many unique exhibits are there. Amazed at the inventive genius Glenn Curtiss was. Recommend the stop.

This museum is great for an aviation buff, but also for those who may be more casually interested. It really does have an impressive collection. I was surprised and impressed with the size, collection, and presentation given its unassuming exterior that I had driven by many times. It's easy to spend a few hours looking through. It contains early works... More

My wife and I really enjoyed this museum. So much information and items on display. Learned so much about an inventive era in our history. The Curtiss aviation ideas and accomplishments were amazing. We took 1 1/2 in this museum and could have spent more time reading all the information. Very nice gift shop and friendly people working at the... More

Include not only airplane exhibition but so much more. My favorite part is the restoration workshop. We talked to a volunteer there who has been working on restoring an airplane so that it can be displayed in the museum. If you are in the area for a while, he'd love some help in restoring the plane :).

We've taken out of town visitors to the Glenn Curtiss many times, and each time we go there's something different to see and learn about . It's a great early day stop, spend a few hours, then grab lunch and hit some of the great local breweries or wineries. The Curtiss museum is a Finger Lakes region gem!
