Lots of great food selections, dips, sauces, cheese, etc. with plenty of samples to test. Most of it is made elsewhere and labeled Fly Creek. So I stop by the fudge counter. They have about 25 different kinds and I figure like it's like any other fudge counter and I see a flavor that I haven't seen before and ask... More

Dear Mike8049, Thank you for visiting the Mill. Disappointingly our fudge attendant did not provide a taste of your requested flavor. Servers are instructed to taste beyond the three daily-tasting selections at the request of the visitor. Obviously this was not the case with your experience and we regret the outcome. Habitual consistency is what we strive for and we... More

Went on a quiet Thursday afternoon in April. I can imagine that it gets quite crowded during the fall. They had a great variety of samples to taste. The fudge is outstanding and you must get the apple cider donuts along with some cider. Check their website for when they are making the cider.

Saw the place listed as part of the Cooperstown wine trail, and just happened to come across it while driving around. A great place! Plenty of dips, salsas, jellies, sauces - with ample samples so you know what you are buying. Fresh cider, and some of the best wines and spirits - try the apple moonshine mixed with cider! There... It was uncharacteristically quiet the day we were there - which was great for us to browse, get some great after Christmas deals on ornaments and test too much fudge. Always fun.

We love this place to death. We go every year, even if the store is closed. The selection of food and gifts is unbelievable

I can't help but visit when We are within an hour away. I always seem to buy more every time I'm there. I would recommend the kids feed the ducts and learn how they make cider. It is probably better to visit in the spring, summer, or fall. Winter is a bit cold to be outside. We had hot cider... More

Fresh Apple Cider, fresh made cider doughnuts, many food and gift items. See a still operating old Cider press up on the second floor of the main building. The pond has a variety of waterfowl which you can feed. The second generation of the family has vastly expanded the operation. They also host old farm equipment days to show off... More

It's lost almost all of it's "quaintness". Used to be a small one building stop over to get some fresh donuts, apple cider, and apples. Also love the jellied and caramel apples. I'm not a fan of the expansion over the years, but I guess the business changed as more and more people found this place.

We stopped here in the morning before my husband and I went to a few breweries and winery's. Very nice place. It has an assortment of dips, mixes soups, beverages, fudges, cheeses, apples and more. You can try free sames from over 4 varieties and see how the cider is made. There is an eatery on site as well. Loved... More
