Pit stop for more food and shopping

After eating at White Bear and a few other places, we decided to walk around and stop here for some desert pastries and more lunch food. Plenty of options to buy from.

Looking for a place to eat in Flushing but don't know where to stop or what is good? This place has a ton of options of different Asian cuisines. The food court is on the lowest level of the mall. I would recommend buying several different plates from different vendors and sharing if you are in a group. They also... More

Forget the department store. Nothing trendy about it and the products on sale. Visit the food court at the basement, a huge place with a great variety of Chinese fast food sold at reasonable prices. Or the equally huge Asian supermarket at the ground level. Restrooms are not the cleanest.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, but I was not very impressed with what was on offer. I didn't come for shopping, but it's fun to walk around and a have a quick giggle at how out of place it all feels. I did come for the food court, and was quite disappointed. Not much jumped out at... More

Huge Asian food court on ground floor with many inexpensive options. Also an Asian grocery store with nice selection of imported fruit from Asia. Nothing great for other shopping

Wouldn't consider this a "mall" by any means. Ground floor is food court, 1st floor shopping area but 95% are beauty shops and 3rd floor is a high end restaurant with "High End" prices.

Is this Chinatown with a lot less tourist traps than Canal St? This mall and area has authentic Chinese/Asian cuisine, some of which may be a little too authentic for me (e.g. deep fried squid). Nevertheless, if you want authentic, it is here. The mall also has the J-Mart which has relatively low cost Asian offerings. Other asian shops in... More

Not your typical mall, more of a flea market type environment with stores and food court. Stores with woman’s lingerie, but no Victoria's Secrets here. dress shops, cookware, children’s clothes, but no big name commercial stores. Fair prices, air condition and clean. The even have a big Haagen Daz ice cream store, biggest I have seen in a mall.

The mall is nice and clean. It is pretty busy here. What I like about this place is the food court. A lot of food vendors. The food are good and cheap. If you do eat at the food court and eat in, you will have to put a five dollars deposit down on the vendor container or bowl. Once... More

We traveled 3 hours to check out the New World Mall since we saw it hyped so much. In one word it STINKS, literally stinks, like all Chinese markets, we thought a Mall would be different. Amazingly no Korean markets smell like the Chinese markets.
