SplashDown Beach, America's Biggest Little Water Park, is located in Fishkill, New York, just 60 minutes from New York City. New in 2015, the Arctic Mammoth Family Raft Ride is a 5-person raft ride down six stories of twists, back-to-back curves and vortex loops. Thrill seekers will experience an adrenaline rush on Arctic Plunge Racer, a 5-story mat racer that launches riders into a head-to-head drag race to the bottom, flying over vertical curve humps and gaining even more speed before landing at the finish line. Humunga Half-Pipe is New York's only 4-story zero gravity half-pipe, and everyone is sure to make a splash with the Bullet Bowl, Monster Wave Pool, Croc Creek Lazy River, Coconut Pool, and Rock Beach. Little ones will love Splash Works with over 50 interactive water features, a Water Whirler. Boasting the best food in the water park business, SplashDown Beach offers hungry swimmers selections like Cosimo's Pizza on the Boardwalk, Cosimo's Shipwreck Grill & Café, Iggy's Fresh Mex, The Waffle Hut and Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs. Birthday parties, corporate picnics, family reunions and groups are welcome and private catering is available. Open daily Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

My daughter (age 10) and I (age 41) decided to stop at Splashdown on the way to a getaway in the catskills. We made sure to arrive as close to open time as possible to maximize our time before having to get to our next location. This turned out to be a good move as after about lunchtime things get... A wonderful place for kids of all ages! My husband and brought our 4 year old and our 7 month old to the park and it was fantastic. My daughter enjoyed the wave pool, the lazy river, Bob the builder water works and The Arctic Mammoth. While my little guy spend much quality time with me in the kids pool.... More

Decent slides, wave pool and lazy river. Kids area looked very good. Food was expensive but that's normal for this type of place. The park was clean, employees very good but does get crowded.

If you don't expect too much of this "biggest little water park" you won't be let down. OK, the sand from the beach theme results in everything being unpleasantly gritty and the place, other than the recent additions could use a good scrubbing. And there are no showers which after you have been packed into the wave pool with the... More

This place used to be so much fun. The crowds are overwhelming and if you don't go first thing when the open its very very hard to find a place to sit. People save seats by placing towels on them. Several families do that in multiple locations. When its extremely hot out this place is over crowded with travelers, locals... More

This place is off the beaten path in Fishkill. This is a good place to go to if there are no other, more exciting water parks around. They have a couple of decent things here, but, really, no WOW ride. The Bullet Bowl was nice, but, for instance, I ve seen similar rides at other parks which are bigger, longer,... More

Nice place to visit with young children. It was kept very clean. It's best to arrive early because after 12 it does get crowded. I wasn't impressed with Cabana service for two. I had to wait a half hour before the server came to take our order after I asked for service. My suggestion is that they need to have... More

We LOVE splashdown. We are season pass holders & if you live locally, it's the only way to go. Passes pay for themselves in just a few visits. Without a season pass, day passes are a bit pricey.. bit just come early and stay all day so you get hour money's worth. They do not allow outside food but there... More

The drive to this park was about one hour and half from the Bronx. We went on a Saturday morning and we encountered little traffic. Speeders- be careful of the state police. We purchased our tickets online and when we arrived to the park, we were able to just walk right in. Upon entry to the park, we found a... More
