Plan a lot of time to fully explore the huge grounds - and be prepared to get lost for a moment or two. There are 2 parts of the park: Rohr Hill Road Site and Mill Valley Road Site. The website only shows a site map for Mill Valley Road - you won't want to miss the Rohr Hill Road... More

Beautiful setting. A nice walk. The sculptures on display are quite a mixture. Worth visiting if you are in the area, but not really a destination in its own right.

We weren't sure what to expect, but the moment you pull in (note: a tiny parking lot) you're immediately greeted by metal sculptures. The $5 admission fee is by the honor system. They have a yellow metal sculpture for this. However we found that despite the "money here!" written all over it, people were shoving their money in the open... More

I stopped with a friend on our way through New York and definitely did not give myself enough time to take in all this park has to offer. There are so many interesting metal sculptures placed so perfectly in the natural space of the park that it is great just to stand back and take it all in. Would love... More

We found out about this park when searching for interesting things to do in the Ellicotteville area, and ended up visiting on a sunny Friday afternoon. The metal sculptures are so interesting; varying in size and design, each one is a unique artistic expression. There are lots of trails to explore; here and there a sculpture will greet you through... More

First, the park use admission cost base on honor system. I spend almost 30 minutes, to observe if the honor system work, well.... you should try observe too, maybe just 5-10 minutes will do :) More further you walk to inside the park, less guide to which direction you should go, as not have clear pathway to which direction to... Griffis Sculpture Park is a wonderland of fun. Strolling thru the park, which is situated on a hillside in the deep woods, one can see a variety of metal sculptures, from small to gigantic, realistic to abstract, metallic to painted to polished. In fact, one has to keep an active eye off the paths or you might miss one of... More

Griffis Sculpture park is one the most unique and enjoyable places in WNY. You can walk trails to a small lake, walk through the woods or into an open field. And you will come upon large metal sculptures that are whimsical and artistic. Some can be climbed into or climbed up. This is fun for kids, fun for people who... More

Sculpture Park is a hidden gem you'll want to polish off. As a local, I visit at least 2-3 times a year. The sculptures are magnificent and the trails are well groomed. Plan three to four hours for a visit if you're bringing little ones- they'll want to climb on some of the art and run around the vast expanses.... More

We stopped at Griffis on our way down to Ellicottville. We were not sure what to expect but certainly wanted to check it out. We got there around 11am and did the easy/moderate hike. Not many people around when we got there. The trails were decently marked, but a map like other suggested would have been nice. Traffic was certainly... More
