Felt like I was going through a dirty old house, and they lived there not that long ago! I was unimpressed in the barn he worked in.

This little house has a huge history. The gentleman who gave us the tour and commentary was extremely enthusiastic and gave us lots of details about the lives of the people. for a donations only building, it's worth your while to reward the organisation for their dedication to preserving this house.

Also the seat of the East Hampton Historical Society, this 18th century dwelling is a museum that has retained the original furnishings of the house. A must see to experience how our ancestors in East Hampton lived in the 18th century.
