Overview
More
The Roycroft Campus in East Aurora, New York, is the best preserved and most complete complex of buildings remaining in the United States of the "guilds" that evolved as centers of craftsmanship and philosophy during the late 19th century. The Campus, designated a National Historic Landmark district (NHL) in 1986, contains nine of the original 14 structures including the Inn, the Chapel, the Print Shop, the Furniture Shop, and the Copper Shop. You are invited to come visit and discover the rebirth of the Roycroft Campus as if Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters never left.

The Roycroft campus has several buildings on its site. There is a building which has home-crafted things people have made. Some of the items are absolutely unbelievable! One of a kind items are on sale here in the "Copper shop" building. Another building houses antiques...More

We are staying in the beautiful Roycroft Inn, exploring East Aurora, and touring the Roycroft campus. The skinny: we had not insignificant issues with our reservation. After calling several months in advance and calling again to confirm, we still had issues at check in. Advice:...More

I grew up in East Aurora and the Roycrofters were all about frugality, hard work, and sense of community. Something for everybody at a reasonable price. The copper shop is basically a very high priced art shop pretty much priced to the exclusion of middle...More

Interesting shops some with new merchandise and old/used items. A bit of everything, but mostly higher end items. Beautiful leaded glass lights, Stickley style furniture, and lots of home decor.

We were in town for a meeting and waiting for dinner at the Roycraft Inn. Wonderful crafts in the Gift Shop and the Museum is educational. Did buy hand made soap for $6 a bar and gave a donation also.

What a wonderful find. The gift shop is located in the Copper Shop of the Roycroft Campus and is full of unique gifts and art work. While the prints might be a bit pricey, many of them can be found as cards.
