What a joy to find such talent! We saw Porgy and Bess, outstanding production - sold out - and Oklahoma, also outstanding! Cooperstown is fortunate to have this marvelous facility every summer offering an outstanding selection.

The Glimmerglass Festival is a rare gem, tucked away in central NYS near Cooperstown. Its production of Porgy and Bess is exquisite on many levels, from the orchestra to the designers and directors. The singers/actors are superb.
