The OZ museum is a great place to visit any time of year. In the winter it is only opened on Wednesdays. I good friend of many Chittenango residents is in charge of the store as well as the annual OZ weekend.

this was a pleasant surprise. Many interesting items about the original books, the movie including munchkin costumes and all the offshoot productions of oz right up to the present. Gift shop has some fun items for the oz collector, including autographed items by some munchkins.

Very nice museum and gift shop. Lots of Wizard of OZ memorabilia and related gifts. I very much enjoyed it when visiting Chittenango for the OZ-Stravaganza Festival.

My apologies to the nice volunteers who run this place, and to Oz fanatics who would consider this to be pretty special, but in the universe of museums, this one is average. That's not a bad rating. It just means that I didn't consider it...More

Frank Baum's life, and artifacts from various productions. Very enthusiastic guides will happily (and...More
