My nieces loved this place. They got to play in a grocery store, restaurant, and to learn about being firefighter. Neat place for kids. Keeps them busy for several hours putting on the clothes too.

This place is great when you take the kids. They can be what they want to be (pretend) and it is cool to watch them play and have fun. As an adult, I had fun also.

This is a delightful center, in need of some polish as far as paint and upgrades, but fun nonetheless. There are outdoor areas to explore as well as many themed rooms throughout the building. Remember to ask for AAA or military discount, if they apply...More

Lots of activities for children with real life experiences...visit a grocery store, dress up as a fireman, ride in a rocket ship, visit a doctor office, ride in an ambulance. Story garden outside is fun for kids, too...that is free.

Our focus age group is 2 to 10 years of age, but older siblings seem to find more sophisticated ways of playing in the museum and enjoy it just as well. Hope to see you at The Discovery Center, soon!
