Plenty of space to play and walk your pets. The grave yard is the history. Anyone familiar with characters of the West will recognize a number of the names on the grave stones.

If you're traveling with a dog, this is definitely a must stop. They have a dog park in here, The best of all it's just sitting at the tables watching the people and dogs. A well-used park, it also incorporates the grave of Kit Carson...More

We walked through the park to see the art fair. In the process we noticed the stage / grandstand which would be handy for a concert. Having said that, Kit Carson Park doesn’t have anything to distinguish itself from other similar parks in communities of...More

This is a pleasant little park, but nothing extraordinary. On the Main Street, its a nice place to sit and relax after some crazy shopping.

No. They will sell beverages there and won't allow you to bring your own to guarantee that you will pay crazy prices for water even. The lawn chair will be handy unless they over pack the event.
