Photogenic but small, these springs give off a strong sulfur smell.

This place reminded us of Yellowstone. It is an easy stop along the side of the road. Don't just drive by. Get out of the car and explore.

Pull off on the side of the road and just listen to the gorgeous waterfall...absolutely beautiful on the drive up the mountain. Hopefully it won't be pouring next time I am that direction.

We were in the area so we stopped to check out the Soda Dam. It is right on the highway so there is not much walking required to see. It is worth stopping but I would not out of my way to see it.

A nice example of ongoing geologic processes. Here you can actualy feel (smell and touch) the volcanic aktivity. If you drive along, you should definitly stop there for a short view.

A wonderful place to enjoy the water and the wonderful scents of nature. Watch the brave souls who climb over the rocks and slide down into the water.
