We visited in group with local guide. Only 3 other tourists. As all the Dzongs-chortens we saw: every location has his own story and amazing details to see.

We walked through Jakar town and then through a small village before reaching this beautiful temple. The mythological story associated with this temple is also fascinating. If you don't have time, you could drive to the temple as well.

We visited this monastery and had a walk around, it is largely dedicated to guru rinpoche and they have some very nice statues of him. It's also very important to the Bhutanese, if you're in the area it's a must see
