We didn't stay here and after a visit we're glad we didn't. It's wall-to-wall resorts, crowded with narrow beaches.

There are much nicer beaches than Long Beach. It is covered in garbage as is the water. I would be concerned about what may end up on you while you swim about. Sao Beach is far cleaner and much nicer.

I did not like long beach so much because of all the trash on the beach and in the sea. Sometimes there are resorts where the beach is kept clean. I can only recommend long beach for the view of the sunset.

We came in late May, the waves were very choppy and intense so not great for swimming. There were drops of rain but it was nice to lay out anyway, the rain was refreshing. We dug up some clams and gave them to the local...More

We don't usually take to the internet to complain, we see no benefit in it. However, we were disappointed that none of our research about Phu Quoc and Long Beach mentioned how unfortunately dirty and full of garbage the water and sand is. If you...More

Why do they not care? We stayed here 3 days. This beach is by far the best in Vietnam. So not ruined like the other reviews say. To hire a lounge chair was about 40.000 vnd. We spent one entire day in there and it...More

Besides the sunset there's nothing beautiful or fun about this beach. The place is littered and half of it has been bought by resorts. The sand isn't pretty at all, it's just gravely and brown sand so nothing special about this beach honestly.
