Firstly , if your vehicle does not have a working aircon, do not attempt this place in summer. It was a wapping 43 degrees. The place where you buy your " pass" was quite cool. They had a guest signing book. I loved that. I...More

Addo was really wonderful for elephant viewing. We had the best luck at Harpoor Dam. Our best viewing came on a particularly hot afternoon. We went to the watering hole, and there had to have been over 100 elephants there. They were drinking water, playing...More

What a great surprise Addo was. This was the first time we visited, but will again. We saw loads of animals and our accommodation was close to the swimming pool. The restaurant was not fantastic, but OK for lunch. The little shop has more curios...More

Fantastic elephant sightings. Loved it. Roads are good. We saw lots of other animals too. Very different from Kruger. Interesting vegetation. Main camp too touristy. Underground hide good. Interpretive centre needs upgrading.
