Comfortable and nice for a quick trip with the family... but check accommodations before sttling in. Our room's cable channels were not working and one of the stove tops was not working either.

There is plenty of free parking and a bus to bring you to the hill. No idea regarding the waivers, but I think there is one on their website that you can download and sign in advance
