Onsen was not like the spa I usually go to. The dressing room is open, not private; the staff was friendly but not warm; and it's more expensive. The outdoor soaking tubs are awesome (try them in the winter, especially when it's snowing)! They have yoga classes which would be a selling point to some. I was really hoping to... More

I have been coming to Onsen for several years and every experience has been wonderful. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The place itself is serene, beautiful and immaculately clean. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful and every therapist I have had has been second to none, particularly the massage therapists. For me, the massage therapists... More

My husband and I had soaks, facials, sugar treatments which include a great body massages. We went on a weekday and the place was empty. The place is a historic home with a nice layout. The locker area is nice except for the shower stalls which can use doors rather than cloth screens. The therapists are highly professional and use... More

At approxmately $210 (including tax and tip) for a 30-minute private soak for me and my girlfriend as well as a 60-minute massage just for my girlfriend, I think Onsen is a worthwhile experience. The layout of the place is sort of a landmarked old house turned into a reception area, yoga studio, locker rooms, and massage rooms. In the... More

Great ambiance. Many amenities for those who want to take the time to soak in a tub and relax. Wonderful products ---soaps, lotions etc. also jewelry for sale. Therapists are professional and excellent! The down side is that it is about $20 more than any place around --- and they do not offer a package for massage. Instead they offer... More
