We were there on a weekday. The beach is big and the family loved watching the boats come in and out of the inlet.

The Poached Pear Bistro restaurant is a wonderful place to dine any day of the year but yesterday for Valentine's Day they did an exceptional job. My husband, aunt and I enjoyed delicious food and outstanding service from this establishment. Anytime you are visiting the Jersey Shore and are in the mood for fine dining this is the place to... it looked pretty much like any other Jersey shore beach or any beach for that matter. Then again i was there in winter so maybe I didn't really get such a good idea of the area as well as if it had been in the summer.

A nice beach community with plenty of options for fun and relaxation. The beach and boardwalk is the central focus for most people in the summer. In the winter time, the locals take advantage of the peace and serenity of the shore taking walks on the beach and taking in the fresh brisk air. This area is family oriented so... More

Point is just one of those amazing Jersey Shore towns. It has everything, the boardwalk, amazing restaurants and cafes, cute shops, and the beach! It is extremely family friendly and safe. The beach is a lot larger than other beaches we used to go to. There are places you can eat right there on the boardwalk and there are bathrooms... More

We like to visit this beach because its a little out of the main board walk and beaches of downtown Cape May. Every time we've gone there is way less people than on the other beaches. However, we arent there a lot; so if you really want an out of the way place I would ask a local. There are... More
