I have walked various sections of the trail. I like some more than others. I avoid the portions where I have to walk on public roads. I enjoy the section starting at Hunt House and ending at Rosedale Lake.

My husband & I love biking on this trail. It's wide enough in most places for walkers and bikers at the same. There are many places to access and it's not too hilly to exhaust a casual biker like myself. There are a couple places...More

The America that emerged from the 1980's and 1990's was a convenience driven culture with the automobile dominating transportation and a lack of public spaces to enjoy. Fortunately a group of people in Hopewell and Pennington had the foresight to create this network of trails...More

This is a 20 mile trail through two adjacent townships. Great for walking and bicycling. Some interesting historical buildings near by. Lots of shade along the way!

This trail makes a mostly completed loop from Pennington boro, through Hopewell Twp and through Lawrence township. The section near Mercer Meadows park also provides many trail loops through the park. There are a few small hilly sections but it's mostly flat. Great for families.

I bought my dog 3 years ago and we have walked these trails nearly every day, no matter the weather. I even snow shoe there with him in the winter. The trails are superbly maintained and the sign posts certainly help you navigate. If you...More

We've riden this trail as often as we can. We recently moved from Vt and never been sorry for the lack of wilderness around .Here it is, on this trail. Wildflowers, rabbits, turkeys, deers, foxes, you can count it. Very well maintained . No crowds, even...More

I've ridden most of the completed sections of this trail. It is well-maintained, reasonably well-marked, and never crowded. As others have noted, it is suitable for both walking or cycling (though some of the gravel is a bit difficult with a road bike). I hope...More

When riding my bike or walking along this trail, if it weren't for the lack of mountains in the distance, i would think I was in Colorado. This is a beautiful trail winding through Hopewell and LawrenceTownship. There are biking/walking trails and grassy trails for...More
