Nice and easy way to get to the two islands. Interesting to see how immigrants used to be screened upon arrival to the US. Statue of Liberty was the main reason for the trip. Ferry service was easy to use. There seemed to be lots of different companies offering ferry tickets but buying direct from Statue Cruises was the cheapest... More

When we arrived at Liberty State Park in New Jersey we paid $7 for extended parking, milled around the harbor & finally figured out where the ticket booth was located since there were no signs. It is in the old green train depot near the security check point. We just needed to pick up our tickets at the 'will call'... More

Poor customer service in the security check area. As cabin crew for a UK based airline I was happy enough to go through the airport style security after purchasing a ticket. However the 2 ladies that were less than polite and were without any sort of apology need some customer service training if they are to deal with tourists. They... More

Short lines for tours from Jersey City. Visited both Ellis Island and Statue. Staff was very friendly.

I read a lot negative reviews about the cruise line and staff but we did not experience any problems with either. It is run very efficiently from Liberty State Park. If you already have your tickets, park over to the right side and follow the sign to the white structure, security checkpoint, out by the pier. If you are going... More

I was a NYer for thirty years and I don't think beat the views from Statue Cruises. They'll take you to Ellis Island, which shouldn't be missed and to the Statue of Liberty. Truly amazing sites and truly amazing views of NYC.

We had to stand in a very long line to buy the tickets until we realized that we can buy online and skip the lines. the online ticket clearly states that we can skip the boarding line but when we arrived at the gate they said that is not true and we had to go all the way back and... More

This is the way to go because the lines are short. Again, short lines. Ferry here about 50% full, vs sardine cans for the NYC ones. Parking cost $7 and you will need to walk a bit to the center for tickets if you don't already have one. Then about 10 mins to the security line and pier. There is... More

We bought our timed ticket on line a few days before arriving in NY There are long lines and airport like security all very efficient to keep the long lines of tourists moving.
