We have ridden this railroad during the fall months. It is smaller and cheaper than most railroads, and during the off season I might recommend it. That being said we had a poor experience on the Santa train. We paid for tickets for each member of our family and when we arrived (10 minutes before departure) there were no seats... More

This is a nice train museum with a 15-20 minute ride. The steam locomotive isn't running at present and needs substantial repairs before it can become operational again. It was worth the trip.

It wasn't crowded, take a ride on the train but if you really want to see and do a lot more, go on RR weekend in September

Don't go to Allaire for the train! We came to visit on 12/14/14 all the way from NY and specifically for the train ride with five small children under the age of 7. Their website states that the train runs every half an hour but no additional information was given. Tickets can NOT be purchased online for the train (although... More

We were just out hitting all the sights we never did as kids or with our kids. We grew up many miles from here and thought we would have some fun. We really enjoyed the structures on the line. Some had old n guage mini-train layouts. Very nice. We enjoyed it and can't wait to bring grandkids here

A short train ride that runs every half hour, just twice around the track. Open-air and enclosed rail cars.

I took my 4-yr old nephew on the afternoon train ride with Santa today. He had a great time and was so excited to ride the train and meet Santa!! This is entirely ran by volunteers who are so generous with their time. My nephew got to pick his seat (he chose the cupola in the Kaboose) and Santa visited... More

Great and reasonibility priced way to spent a December evening. Our boys, 2 & 5, were so excited about the train ride! The ride was about 20 minutes which was perfect for their attention span. Santa was also very nice with the boys and they got a key chain gift. We got a lot of good pictures! This was a... More
