Amazing to see a piece of history that is still standing after all of these years. You can't help to imagine what it was like to live back then. How hard people must have worked, on a daily basis, just to survive. This trip made...More

Enter at the Visitor's Center & Gift Shop to take the self-tour of Batsto Village. Pets on a leash are allowed. There is a $2.00 fee for the guided tour of the main mansion. Regardless, this is a pleasant walking tour, which shows how an...More

Wonderfully preserved village from the late 1700's. The house tour is a MUST! The staff is helpful and love to fill you in on life in the village. Make sure to cross the river to see the area where the workers lived.

This is a wonderfully preserved place to visit; a great museum. Nice grounds for children to have fun on; beautiful scenery and not too much to take in for an afternoon. Give a donation to enter. I highly recommend.

We decided to heat to Batsto Village on Columbus day. It was a fun day. One of the best parts is the 'free range' that the kids have to have fun while learning and enjoying the sights. There is so much space for them to...More
