We called ahead for a tour, so they were expecting us. No tour guides as such, just workers who show visitors around, so it's very casual. We were shown the tanks indoors and out and given a quick explanation about the fish hatched there. No...More

Call ahead to this attraction and make sure that you talk to someone for guidance. We made the trek during operating hours. A vehicle was present, but otherwise occupied, I'm guessing. The literature available was incredibly helpful and we were able to peek into the tanks...More

If you're into wildlife or marine sciences it's a nice little detour if you're in the area. There's not a lot to look at but it's entertaining for what it is. I'll take my granddaughter next time we come Nashua.

Friendly staff... knoweldgeable..... a good way to spend an hour or so learning about how we help to sustain wildlife - including catch-and-release game fish.

Apparently the hatchery is out of the salmon business. The fish runs are canvas'd over and we only found 2 windows into the actual runs. Some fish are in there but there is only 1 main sign and no sign of any employees. Not a...More

Its worth a stop to check it out. I liked seeing the different size fish and love that they stock the local streams. I hope this never ends.
