I had a great first experience here at sunapee. The staff was very friendly and the conditions were great. The lift tickets were reasonably priced compared to other mountains. There were free shuttles from the parking lot to the base lodge. The only downside was that it was so busy inside we couldn't find anywhere to sit. I can't wait... More

I was told you can wait 15+ minutes to get on lifts on busy weekends. This spring was great, though! It's less than 2 hours from Boston so you can easily make a day trip out of it. Beautiful views. Space for people to "tailgate" or picnic between the two main lodges. It's much more laid back than a lot... More

Mt Sunapee is a diamond in the New Hampshire Lake Region's jewel box of attractions. First, an overall view: A scant 12 minutes from the Interstate. Nestled in a State Park with its own little mountain range that includes Sunapee and the hidden Solitude Lake. A large state beach with pristine sand. In the middle of one of the largest... More

This was our first time at Sunapee and we've been around the NH ski area circuit. Some of trails were great. Well-groomed and good snow pack. It was the staff and the way the place is paid out that leaves me with an average rating. The woman at the ticket booth told me the cost and overcharged me for a... More

The staff was super friendly, and our waitress at the Goose-feather was very helpful. This mountain is great for beginners and intermediate skiers. The trails are well kept, and my friends and I had a lot of fun skiing together. Plus, the scenery is breath taking!

No snow on the ground buts lots of snow on the trial. What can you say Mt, Sunapee is kwon form it's snow making and grooming, that I knew. But what a surprise to find the Mounting in such great shape for skiing this late in the year and with the warm weather we have had. We skied all day... More

Great mountain, I enjoy skiing it even though the terrain is not terribly exciting or memorable. Some confusion with the website, my friends tried to book a beginner's lesson, which the website claims you could do in advance, only to find out you had to do it the day of. No big deal, but perhaps the website should be amended.... More

Until now, we have always skied in the Alps (being French...). So we were not expecting much from a resort at such a low altitude. The surprise was immense and kudos to the grooming team. Snow was great, nobody on the slopes, lifts were efficient and fast. Ski rental is a bit of a disappointment though. People were very friendly,... More

I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. The lady at the ticket booth has been rude on more than one occasion. They don't have half day lift prices. With the blizzard coming, it was a rip off. We were then yelled at by workers in a truck for not parking in the right spot at pick up. This... More
