Castle in the Clouds is worth the trip. The tour of the Castle is very interesting and the views are awesome. There are hiking trails and horseback riding available, Carriage House with a great restaurant and, of course, a gift shop

If you can plan you trip with a wonderful clear day, and be able to sit outside, it will make it a very special lunch.

Visited with friends from the area. What views, trails, and tons O' happy people. Sad story about the castle owner. But what a wonderful place to spend an entire day.

No, unfortunately! The town has many hotels and B&B's. If you don't mind a little drive you can stay at one of the resorts by the lake.
