Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel is the premier dog sled touring operator in New England. We offer year round dog sledding adventures that range from 2 - 50 miles (including overnights). All of our dog sledding experiences are designed to be hands on to the comfort level of the guests. Participants ages 2 and up are given the opportunity to meet and greet our rescue and second chance sled dogs, help harness and hitch their team and even help drive the sled (at musher discretion for guests and dog safety of course)! As always, the proceeds generated from our kennel based tours go directly to covering the expenses involved in taking in these incredible canine athletes and providing them with a home and job for life.

Muddy Paws exceeded my expectations. The dogs are beautiful, happy and so eager to get hitched to the sled! Beau drove our team. His wealth of knowledge and awesome personality made our experience that much better. It was immediately clear how much these dogs are loved and cared for. The sled ride was beautiful and exhilarating but I also enjoyed... More

Bought this trip for our 81 year old mother and it didn't disappoint. Brianna was excellent as were all the mushers. This is not a job for them but a passion.Their love for these dogs shown through as they showed us around, answered all our questions and introduced us to the 16 week old future sled dogs. Thank you for a... More

This was a fantastic experience! Brianna drove our team, and her ability and relationship with the dogs was truly remarkable. It was so much fun! They do great work with the dogs, and the dogs just LOVE to run! Thank you so much!

We booked this months before arriving. Absolutely the best thing we did on winter vacation. They love their dogs, and the dogs love them. First you meet your musher and spend time with all the dogs. You pet them, they wag their tails, you can not beat the feeling! Then you get to hitch the dogs up to the sleighs.... More

On a "let's try something new" adventure, my husband and I and our son and his friend decided to try dogsledding in northern NH. We did it this weekend and it was outstanding. Muddy Paw is a great place for organizing this. There are some 94 dogs, each with their own dog house. You can go around and pet and... More

We had a brilliant afternoon with our musher, Wes, who told us everything we wanted to know about dogsledding as we went along the trail. The dogs are great at what they do, and have a lot of fun doing it, too. And we were able to stay super warm and cosy with the extra boots and parkas that were... More

We've been on the summer sled trip, but the winter trip was the whole shabang! Wes, our musher, was amazing. He guided us to help hook up the dogs and gave us a spectacular ride on our 3 hour trip. Loved every minute watching the dogs work and do what they (Wes and the dogs) love to do. An absolute... More

Myself, 6 & 8 year old, and Mom went on the ride of a lifetime today! From beginning to end the two hours we spent here were nothing short of perfect. Our mushers Terry and Sean were super informative, relaxed and provided myself and family such a memorable experience. The perfect amount of time was spent educating us, visiting and... More

Spent a weekend in NH for my husband's birthday. I wanted to plan something we had never done before, and he would never think of doing. Our Inn (Adair) had a package that included a dog sled adventure at Muddy Paw and I thought this would be perfect. We were greeted by friendly staff who spent a long time with... More
