Absolutely amazing breathtaking views. All directions! We were going to hike Willard and the staff at AMC hut gave us this suggestion. It did not disappoint. Easy hike up. Not too crowded.

I was in the area intending to hike Franconia, but it turned out to be way too crowded and rainy. Instead, at the recommendation of our innkeeper, and I'm so glad I did. This hike took about an hour to get to the summit, and I don't think I saw more than a total of 12 other groups hiking. The summit was scenic with multiple views around the area. I would highly recommend. Some advice, there are some ledges at what is perceived to be the summit of the hike, but continue walking the trail (on the right) for another few minutes to find the real summit.…

Love doing this after work with friends and the dog. Enough to get the heart rate up but nice views as a reward

a moderate hike of 3.4 miles round trip to both North and Middle Sugarloaf rewards you with 360 degree views from middle and an abandoned quarry on North .the trail is very well maintained and marked . there are no steep sections if you only have time for one do Middle Sugarloaf when you get to the saddle of the two and it shortens the hike by a half mile. I have watched the steam engine on Mount Washington from the top of Middle Sugarloaf with binoculars and you can see many more mountains and a pond you can hike to when you get back down…
