Heard about the Radical Kids ski lessons and registered my 8 year old daughter. She was on the cusp of learning and I knew with a little time and instruction, she would get it. She took the half day program (1-4) and while she was learning, my son and I were able to spend the day on the slopes. When... More

We tried this ski area using our Peak Passport and were not disappointed. The main lift is super fast and the 100% open terrain was nicely groomed. The lifts were uncrowded on a Sunday. There were some challenging trails for a small mountain and something for everyone. There were a lot of boarders and quite a bit of terrain dedicated... More

We started going to this mountain last year. We had never heard about it until we saw deals on liftopia. We decided to go and have continued to go back for day trip skiing. Its a small mountain but not too small. When we first started going we were still learning and this is a great mountain to learn how... More

I like Crotched. It's much smaller than resorts like Loon, Wildcat, or Killington, but it has its charm. It's a bit out of the way (down narrow windy NH roads), which I think keeps it less crowded (compared to Pat's Peak or Sunapee). It has all the basics: high speed lift to the top, and various terrain. I wish the... More

Great place for all ages to ski. Small ski area but very friendly and challenging depending on how well one can ski or snowboard. The lessons are very reasonably priced.

I am a big fan of skiing, but like most New Englad skiiers, I find it difficult to find a little seclusion on the slopes. Crotched Mountain is nestled into a quiet spot of New Hampshire. It is a great deal smaller than your average ski slope, making it the ultimate place for learning new things. On several occasions I... More

Multiple runs and ski lifts. Ample parking. Not much else close by. Cute small towns in the area. Several dining options.
