Great Walk

Nice walk around the lake and fun feeding the ducks. Beautiful swan at the far northern part of the lake.

It is a one-mile walk around the lake, many people enjoy taking this exercise route while able to view the huge variety of ducks, geese, one swan, sea gulls, cormorants, egrets, and other birds.

This is a quiet park to do some jogging or walking. It is very easy to find and there is always plenty of parking since is almost never crowded. There is a playground on the west side and a dog run for those who have children and pets. In my personal opinion and considering all the years I have visited... More

This could be a good park. However it is filthy and overrun by geese and their poop. Everywhere you walk you must be careful. It deserves no stars. Sorry...

There is a one mile paved trail all around this little lake which is ideal for walking or running. It's in a great neighborhood, too. We have enjoyed the trail every day we've been in Reno.

Great place for a walk or a jog. Too bad there are lots of geese hanging out @ this location. Great place to take your child/children. If you have a little one; bring some of your old bread & feed the ducks or geese.

This is a small area, but nice for jogging or walking. Lots of birds and a nice fountain. Some seating to just sit and enjoy the peacefulness of the water. Nice safe area.

It's a mile around of a gorgeous lake with paved walkways. You'll see families on the weekends having picnics, people on lunch getting a walk in and others there just to enjoy the wildlife and beauty.
